Blues Zone Band: Press

Lifestyle Magazine
The Blues Zone Band joined together with the idea of having a blues band that plays many different styles of the Blues. The songs the Blues Zone Band write border on Rock, County and Jazz. These guys sound like they could have come from New Orleans, the Delta or Chicago, but happen to be a local band from the Valley. Roger Reinhart came up with the idea after writing his one man show entitled "The Blues Zone". Roger found Allan Feldman, Karen Brown and Gisela and the rest is history. The Blues Zone Band recently released thier first CD Hot To Trot on In The Zone Records.

Review from RADIO SFERA......Blues & Gospel From America To The Very Heart Of Europe!
Hello Blues Zone Band:
I like your brand of blues full of catchy songs and interesting lyrics. You don't play the same old blues but try to find your own thing and that's cool! I'm sure my listeners will enjoy your music.
Thank you again Jolly for the music you've sent me. I hope all is well with you.

Best wishes,
Przemek Draheim

5 Star review:
Blues, various styles to various countries around the world.
No wonder this band from Sherman Oaks, California has stirred up interest in several countries including the UK, Poland and France. When you listen to the CD you can't help but "get into the groove" of the music, while at the same time your ear grabs on to the catchy lyrics, not an everyday occurrence in blues. Produced by band members Roger Reinhart and Allan Feldman, with Roger's extraordinary vocals, this CD takes you through a musical journey of 14 songs (12 originals). It's 53 minutes of a variety of blues that is playable over and over again. What a great debut CD!

Voila' un bon nouveau groupe de Rockin' Rnb, qui concocte des titres bien Rock' n' roll mediums comme Greenbacks, Credit is Cue ou Next Time You See Me, d'autres plus Rockin' Blues lent avec Smokin' My Life Away, Wine And Coffee ou Little Miss In And Out qui comporte une intro a' la Coasters (That Is Rock'n'roll ou Along Came Jones). lls sont aussi capables de faire des ballades mediums moelleuses comme Carrying A Torch For You, ou d'avoir un parfum swamp louisianais sur Jesse Belle.
Bons debuts donc.(see review in our photo section)

WOW! What a great night. The Blues Zone Band was in rare form for their CD Release Party held at The Key Club in West Hollywood.
Smiles appeared on the faces of the crowd as the band took the stage. After all The Blues Zone Band is known for "Putting The Fun Back In The Blues"! That's just what they did. Fun was had by all. The people that showed up made the event very special with a certain VIBE that filled the room. The Band was very thankful for the turn out. Let's do it again, when? Stay in tune with The Zone Report to find the answer to this question and more....
